Gujarat University — Request of duplicate mark sheets and verified credentials

Hi!
It has been a disaster to obtain a duplicate marksheets and verified marksheets from the gujarat university.
I have been on this issue since 3 months and it is still not resolved.
We have all resources and technological capabilities to put students record online so whomever would like to request one can get it online by paying the appropriate fees. Although, it seems to me that it is working like an old fashoin, where they ask for some money under the table and it is miracle/disaster.
It is shame that the university do not care abut tho improve this system.

Hope people would raise their voice against this issue.

For current year BSc admission, Gujarat University has decided some document varification centre. One centre is KIRC campus, Kalo. Today, one women named [censored]al Patel at 4.30 pm in KIRC campus said "system is off now, go and come tomorrow, our time is over now".but Gujarat University have given timing for this work in online admission pdf.

I graduated from HL Institite of Commerce in year 2011, sadly I have lost my final year mark sheet and now it is urgently required (by end of September) for enrolling in one of MBA online courses, I have the degree certificate from Gujarat University, I have lost my final year marksheet though, if any one has any clue, please let me know the procedure to obtain the same, any contact information from GU or HL college would be helpful!
