Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I have had been mentally harassed as well as verbally abused by my Regional Sales Manager Mr Sudipta Chandra since my joining in the company from January 2015 onwards.Finally he has forcefully submitted "Stop- Work" notice on me through mail without any proper resions.Afterwards on the basis of this I have been forced to resign by GLPL's joint Director and Marketing Advisor Mr KAMLESH P. SHAH on 03/03/2015.And he has assured me to settle my pending salary account and two month's due expanse within one week of my resignation.But I am extremely sorry to admit that afterwards company is no ways is ready to settle my dues onward s till date. in spite of several remainders letters and now as they are not even picking my telephone calls also.I will also like to remained you that in prior to this also they have paid us only 12 days of salary in the month of January2015 in spite of made us working for the entire month. My total pending due on them is Rs. 48564/- only, which includes my two months due expanse and one month salary So I need your immediate intervention in this matter, So kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
