Gulf Robot Software — I think Its Fake....Yet still Not Confirm that its Fake or not.....

I invested 1237 doller around 1lakh indian rupiees...and Software of 70, 000 INR and that amount is not refundable...i think its fraud...They show me loss and Finally they saying me to upgrade software to Premium VIP...and that charges are 30000 more...i am getting loss of 1.2lakh...i also can't withdraw my money...they did not getting response me...
