I had enrolled in the Weight Loss Program at GunjanShouts on April 25, 2023. It was mandatory to pay the amount of INR 10, 500 for 12 weeks of program prior to even talking to anyone in the team.
After paying the amount, I received a call from a dietitian who created a meal plan per week to reduce 1 kg weight per week. Exercise plan was also prescribed in the I am Wow app.
After rigorously following the prescribed diet plan & exercise routine, I have gained 3 more kgs in 4 weeks. Dietician was made of this progress daily, yet it did not make any difference in the plan.
The plan is a sham as you are prescribed to eat after every 2 hours during the day in minimal quantity. Follow intermittent fasting 7 pm - 5 am. Drink flavoured water with Cumin/Fennel/Coriander as an early and late night drink to detox. The latter raises your blood pressure & I stopped this after 1 week. Rest of the plan I was following without the dietician prior as well. So what difference is this subscription making is not clear.
