[Resolved]  Gurgaon Faridabad Toll Road — Heavy jam at "ghata (Rajesh pilot road / gurgaon faridabad toll road) t-point

Address:Gurgaon, Haryana

At ghata t-point, there is excessive jam in the evening on daily basis. Please consider my suggestion to build the extreme left side of this road while going from gurgaon to faridabad and put some barriers along with it so that the vehicles coming on this do not collide with the vehicles coming from rajesh pilot road and also the traffic is eased out. Generally, there is one kilometre long queue at this joint causing avoidable difficulty to the customers. It usually consumes 15 minutes to cross this t-point.

I am a resident of Faridabad and commute daily to Gurgaon for office.
I have availed the tag facility of the toll.
Daily i get late for office due to the mismanagement at toll by the toll staff:
Mismanagement stats:
1) Tag lane is closed in the morning and is opened when long queue of vehicles is formed and mismanagement starts.
2) Staff cannot handle the traffic
Due to this mismanagement following safety hazards is associated.
1) Due to long waiting time at toll i start getting late for office. In order to cover the time and be on time to office i have to drive at high speeds and this poses the risk of accident.
2) In this Covid time as the tag lane is closed in the morning we are bound to use the cash lane this creates touch points and threat to staff and driver for Covid-19.
3) Due to the mismanagement as the tag lane is closed and Cars get crash while entering the tag lane when it is opened suddenly.

So i request you to please look in to this matter and take necessary actions in order to avoid any major accident.
