Guru Jambheshwar University Of Science & Technology — University not conducting internal (minor) exam

Hi sir,

My name is Chandra Sen and I am a student of Btech Cse Batch[protected] from GURU JAMBHESWAR UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY HISAR HARYANA.

I got a reappear in Physics semester II (second semester).

I asked my department to conduct the internal (minor ) exam.

They said that first I have to clear external (major) exam and then I can appear for thr minor exam.

I applied for the reappear and took test in oct 2020.

My result was declared on 8th September 2021.

I got passed in external (major) exam but there was still reappear pending for the internal (minor) exam.

I visited physics deptt on 15th or 16th September 2021 to conduct the minor and they assured me that they will conduct the minor exam but I have to submit the application in my department and then the application will be forwarded to their department, then they will provide me date to conduct the exam.

Then I wrote an application and submitted it to department Chairperson sir.

They said that they asked me to wait as they will consider it but I got no response from their side either via call or via email.

Then I contacted the deptt several times via call and email but no response.

I physically visited the deptt on 21st Feb 2022 and asked for the status but they said that the application is missing and asked me to write it again so I did it.

I wrote the application again and submitted it.

I was given 291 as diary number.

I called for the update yesterday and day before yesterday but they hung up the call after listening the concern.

Then I called my friend nearby University to visit and ask for the update.

Then the clerks in deptt said that they will not conduct my minor and they did not registered my application in the register.

I have been so much frustrated as this is the only exam which is pausing me to complete my degree.

I request to please take necessary actions and help me complete my degree soon.
