Guru Kennels In Tirunelveli — regarding selling unhealthy puppies and cruelty of animals

This is to bring to your kind notice that, i recently had come across a fraud dog kennel in tirunelveli called as guru kennel, located near teacher's colony, tirunelveli, tamil nadu. Where the dog breeder claims himself as pet lover but who acts completely controversial. I paid rs.7000/- for buying a doberman pup.
He cheated and sold one unhealthy puppy with exposed skeleton. As soon as puppy reached our home, it started to vomit and dysentery. When we brought the puppy to doctor we came to know that the puppy was sick and unhealthy puppy with severe virus diseases. So when we contacted the dog breeder about this, his behavior was completely different. His words were once puppy is sold out and crossed my kennel gate, i am not responsible. The dog breeder neither agreed to change puppy nor give back the money. So finally i have given the puppy back to him after treating it for more than 3 hours. Also i found that place where the puppy dogs reside is awful, the bad odour will push us out of the street. I also doubt that whether this dog breeder has registered breeder as per the policy of animal welfare board of india.
