I am writing to bring to your attention a serious matter involving Mr. Nishant, a sales executive at Just Dial in Ahmedabad. My name is Jatin Sadhu, Founder-Director of GURU- The Arts Hub, an International Cultural Organization based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. My Contact Number is: [protected]. I feel compelled to file a formal complaint against Mr. Nishant due to his deceitful actions, false promises, and unauthorized charges.
In the month of March, Mr. Nishant contacted me and presented an enticing package offered by Just Dial. On March 31st, he visited our premises and made a series of false commitments regarding the packages and services provided. As part of the agreement, he requested a payment of Rs. 4, 720 by cheque and Rs. 5, 000 in cash. I complied with his demands, submitting a cheque for Rs. 4, 720 and providing him with Rs. 5, 000 in cash on the same day.
However, when I requested receipts for both payments, Mr. Nishant assured me that he would provide them the following day. Regrettably, he never responded to any of our subsequent calls and failed to provide any form of receipt for the payments made. Furthermore, none of the services he promised were delivered. There were three main commitments he made, all of which remained unfulfilled: (1) He assured us that all branches of our dance classes would be listed on JustDial.(2) He promised our company a trusted certification from Just Dial.(3) He claimed he would create a website for our company.
Despite my persistent efforts to contact him, I and my advocate received no response from Mr. Nishant after numerous attempts. As a last resort, I visited the JustDial office in Ahmedabad on June 14th, where I met with responsible individuals and department heads, including Mr. Nilesh and Mr. Rutul, to lodge a formal complaint. During this meeting, Mr. Nishant openly admitted to his false commitments and lack of response. However, he denies accepting the cash payment made to him.
Mr. Nilesh from Just Dial Ahmedabad assured me that this complaint would be resolved within 24 hours and that a full refund would be issued for the amount paid. However, to date, I have not received a satisfactory response, and both Mr. Nilesh and Mr. Rutul have started to ignore my phone calls. If this matter remains unresolved, I will be left with no choice but to escalate it by filing a case with the respective police station and consumer court against Mr. Nishant, the heads of Just Dial Ahmedabad, and Just Dial as a company.
I have endured significant distress and hardship from March 31st until now, due to being deceived and defrauded by Just Dial. This communication represents my final attempt to find a resolution and obtain a refund.
