Gurukrupa Cable Network (Den) — service issue with den network kamothe navi mumbai

Hi all,
I am having issue with current service provider gurukrupa cabel network in kamothe navi mumbai (Den network) as they did intrrupted the service without prior information and their collection boys didn't come for collection.

1. They charge inr 50 each connection as service charge top of the package charges which is un-ethical on protest they tell for disconnection and provide bad service.

2. If the service is not running for a week then also thy count the validity period from expiry date which is again cheating with customer.
