This mail is regarding an issue with delay in delivery & Improper response by your employees... Our material having Docket Number:[protected] reached at Mumbai hub on 8th March 2021 but still not delivered to our customer. Your team is saying random words every time we contact with them. First, they said they had been delivered the material yesterday when we demand the receipt copy they said there is some confusion in address hence they haven't delivered the material then said Pin code is wrong, Now, your team is saying that our customer have to collect the material, simultaneously they give the assurance that they will deliver the material tomorrow
Due to this delay, we are bearing too much loss and our customer is suffering due to inefficiency of your employees
