Gurukul Shiksha — They received 20605.42 for a worst service, ideally got cheated

On 7th mar 2016 around 11 am received a call that these people has vacancies available at cisco, ibm and dell matching my profile and wanted me to pay 2500, at 12:15 i received another call wanted me to pay 2861.36 i paid and then the actual issue started for me, he suddenly asked me to pay 8586.35, when i asked why he said this is to screen your profile using third party vendor if not the initial amount i paid will not help, then i took my friend credit card and paid 8586.35 in next few mins he said i need to pay another 9157.71 to process my profile, i asked him why are you doing like this you initial asked for 2861.36 now you are asking for total 20605.42? he said this is mandatory payment to process your profile and i paid 9157.71, he gave me a contact o[censored]jal pal whos number was switched off all the times.

Initially in few days they took my documents for verification of my resume, finally they sent me an report that verification is sucessfull and they will start sending my resumes to companies, every 15 days i was asking them what is the progress and they quickly responded that they are following up with companies and never spelled a word about cisco, ibm and dell which they initially promised, later they sent me profiles of ibm and dell which was fake because i never got any response from the recruiters i sent mail too... then for every month once i was following up with them, and same answer that they will send me vacancies and again fake ones, from march till august i got only 4 vacancies for the amount i paid and never received a mail from them with i ask for one...

Will anyone pay such a money for this? ujal pal number was switched off all times when checked they say issue with their systems i mean from march till today.

I need justice, please help me pay my money back immediately, or please suggest me on how to get this legally addressed.
