Weather did u get refund ...if get in how many days it took?

I have made payment with my internet banking through my HDFC account on 10/04/2023, but not credited to Guruvayur Devaswom Transaction ID [protected], when reached out to their helpline, they said its a known issue ( they have been facing it from couple of months), yet they haven't removed it . Looks like another way of making money .. I personally visited the temple and asked for the refund, they said it would take ages to return ( can be upto a year ) which is utter nonsense. So this is nothing but a scam now.. Authorities- kindly helo
