I enrolled in the Java Fullstack Development Course offered by GUVI after being promised lifetime access to recorded sessions. However, I have been unable to access the recorded sessions for over 3 months now.
Despite repeated attempts to contact the support team through emails and phone calls, I have not received any proper resolution. Initially, they assured me that the issue would be resolved within the month, but that never happened. Later, they redirected me to other contacts, and my issue was simply passed around with no action taken.
I even tried mailing the support team at [protected]@guvi.com, but my messages bounced back due to delivery issues, as shown in the attached screenshots. It seems their support email is either inactive or not accepting emails.
To make things worse, I've paid for this course through EMI, and it's frustrating to be charged for a service I cannot access. This experience feels misleading and irresponsible, especially considering the "lifetime access" promise.
I request the concerned team to resolve this issue immediately by restoring my access to the course content or provide a full refund. I also request action to ensure no other student faces this inconvenience.
