Gvs Technologies — This company is harassing my friend by calling her from different numbers and threatening her

This company is harassing my friend by calling her from different numbers and threatening her by saying to her that they have to pay 7000 rupees as settlement or they will send the notice at her house for 1.5 lacs rupees. They are continuously blackmailing hey again and again. Please help.
