I am sijish nambiar running gwt agriculture (Farm labour recruiting service)
Past 7 years, we ve met 1200 farm owners and more than 2000 farm worker in contacts in southindia.
As we managed professionally, we have not faced any police, legal complaint against gwt.
For service charge, we are getting from owner rs 15000 for our television, notice advertisement charge for one year (12months) retain or replacing farm workers
If workers not performed well, we will replace only - getting through advertisement.
Taking highly risk job in between owner property and labour responsibility
Many owners, workers are happy.
Of late, few internet based complaints created by peoples such as fraud, cheat, criminal? In those who posted, most of them are not paid any money to us, writing imaginary postings. Now problem is owners hesitation to take workers and jobless our contact workers….
Legally, i am an agri graduate, it is my duty to serve agri-community and registred with govt of india-clear my side. Even i may get subidy from govt for this service.
