Gyftr Voucher — Case no 00357985. Wrong Make my Trip voucher issued

I ordered Make My Trip Flight voucher of 20000Rs on 25th May -26 from GyFTR site and after purchase when I was doing the flight booking and trying to pay through GyFTR voucher code. it was showing invalid code. there after i came to know that it was a Make my Trip epay holiday trip voucher. which was not for my use.

There after I complaint this GyFTR customer care by mail, and requested them to refund or convert this voucher to Make my Trip flight ticket booking, but they ignored the refund or exchange of voucher.
