Gym Fitnesss — Money Fraud

I would like to raise a complaint regarding an amount of ₹7, 700 that I paid to my personal trainer, Vishnu MT, for a protein supplement.

I joined Thrive Core9 Fitness, Bengaluru, during the first week of June and opted for personal training. Since it was my first time joining a gym, my trainer suggested that I purchase a protein supplement. When I agreed, he asked me to make a payment of ₹7, 700 for the protein.

However, within a week or so, I came to know that the trainer had left the gym without providing me with any prior information. Since then, I have repeatedly tried to contact him through WhatsApp and request for the refund of the amount paid. It has now been more than two months, but he has been continuously ignoring my messages and has not responded.

I have also come to know that similar issues may have occurred with other clients.
