I have been a loyal user of Gynoveda medicines for over 5 years. I spent a significant amount of money on their herbal products hoping for hormonal balance and better fertility, as their advertisements promised.
Unfortunately, there has been no improvement in my condition despite regular usage and following all instructions. Even after raising my concerns on their official Facebook group ("Gynoveda Circle"), my comments were turned off or deleted.
It is very clear that they only approve positive reviews and silence honest negative experiences, which is misleading to the public.
This is not only unethical, but also a breach of consumer trust. I am demanding that:
• They acknowledge the issue
• Refund my money
• Stop censoring feedback that doesn’t suit their marketing
