Dear sir,
I, mr. Chandra mouli had taken loan from bajaj fivserv loan a/c no.4040cd08638493. I have already cleared 10 emis amount rs.3490/- (Per month) along with the late fees.
Today 13.04.2017, i received call from your lawyer mr. Pradeep kumar stating that we have to pay another amount of rs.19000/- approximately. According to my knowledge there is no liability on this loan. I have the payment receipts for the emis paid.
Receipt no. 9542007 dt 25.07.2015, g. R. Telecalls received the amount of rs. 3490/- which they have wrongly debited to other a/c no. 4040cd09728953. This is the mistake done by your g. R. Telecalls. Kindly reverse the amount to my account.
