H. No[protected] — neighbor dog keeps on shouting morning and night

Sir from the past 4 months we are facing problem by this dog barking and it wont stop at all morning its starts and every 5 min it will shout the owner
(Nagraj [protected]) he is not at all lifting the cal i have sent him messages and have calling hime but no reply and the people who are in that house are for rent i have asked them to removie the dog but they are scolding us please help us in this matter. They came from chennai and they dont have the dog registered so please kindly help us the rent people wont hear they are deaf they both are 70+ above they dnt no out language. I have tried to ask but no use please i request you to take seriouse action our colony people are ready to give complain also
