H S Enterprises — i have a complaint for adv. minhaz of gujarat.

I got a call at 11: a. M. On 28th of july, 2020 whose name was some sharma. He said that i have to pay penalty charges that is 10, 000 rupees for not doing work, which is given by hs enterprises (Company name). I told them that i haven't signed any agreement but still they are forcing me to pay... They call me, msg me, mail me. They do whatever they can... After few hours i got an email from some adv minhaz. He is from gujarat.. I refused to pay a single rupee but he said that he filed a case against me and will meet me in the court..
