This one is for our family tour to dubai planned from haider tourism! We have planned their dubai trip from some haider tourism llc when we visited the person - his name is mr. Imran, he was so good and gave us the best plan but once we reached there, we have faced a lot of problems (In terms of residence services, food services, plans of visiting different places) and after 2 days we decided to roam around by their own instead of wasting time with this tour planner. And this way this dubai trip costs us more because we already paid to the haider tourism and after thought to roam on our own, we had to pay one more time extra for everything. Worst ever. Extremely disappointed by Haider company. We arrived to a place and tickets were used and needed to wait and finally after 1 hour got.The worst thing is I'm waiting for my refund for a month and guees what...team of this company blocking me from everywhere and when I call, they easily find a reason to avoid my answer and feed me with "tomorrow ".I hope they have a shame, don't forget God is watching.Last time person named Liz was promising that 28 of January I suppose to get..and of course they ignore me.I also want to attach screen of what'sapp chat.

Please, stay away from Haider Tourism LLC. I bought a trip from Dubai to Musandam on March 1, 2019, trip was cancelled due to weather conditions, I couldn’t get my money back. It is really spoiled my UAE vacation. All contact with this scam agency only through whatsapp which is a BS... it’s so sad how they can robber without to be catch
