I received a voucher for the Beauty Parlor for Christmas for a Facial and Back Massage. I made an appointment for 31Dec 2012. A woman named Joti took my booking for a back massage and a facial one after the other. Upon arriving for my appointment on the 31st I had to wait for 15 minutes because the staff had not arrived on time.
The lady who gave me the massage rushed in late and i was called into the room. She did not check the booking to see what was requested, ask to see my voucher or ask me what was to be done. She gave me an hour long full body massage instead of the 1/2 hour back massage. I then waited for Joti to come in and do my facial. After starting with my face she asked to see the voucher and said that i had received a full body massage and not the back massage and that i would have to pay in P135.00 for a treatment i did not ask for. Throughout the appointment Joti was on her cell phone and there were used waxing strips on the floor under the bed. I had to pay before they unlocked the door to let me out.
The person who gave me the voucher phoned later to complain and she said she didnt care and would do nothing about it as it was not her problem.
Absolutely unacceptable service and we cannot get hold of anyone to whom we can complain. Was this information helpful? |
