Hair Science Robotic Hair Transplant — worst treatment and unskilled staff

Hi, i am from haryana. I took a treatment of transplant surgery from dr. Anjali shere at the time of surgery they told me that they will provide me semi robotic treatment and my hair will again grow in donor area. Its more than a year no hair growth start on donar area anyway forget donar area even the area on which they transplant hair doesn't get shedded. When i call them they told me that u have existing hairfall, i discussed this with another two doctors in delhi and chandigarh both confirmed that after viewing pictures (Before and after surgery provided by anjali shere staff) that the hairs are not growing on surgery area (60% area get shedded). When i call them they said for paying money again. I am going to file a case against them in consumer court and clear one thing for the patients who are suffering from this problem.
