I have completed my b. Tech degree from haldia institute of technology in the year 2016. Admission time they took inr10000.0 caution deposit (5000.00 for hostel and 5000.00 for institution). I have contacted with institution for refund caution deposit but they told that they will gave after august 2019. Every private institute refunded caution money to their 2016 pass out batch. Why they are not refunding. I am running under very bad financial condition if you can help me regarding refund of this caution i will be very happy.

"I, Rahul Keshri,[protected] CSE batch paasout have not received the caution money/security deposit of ₹10, 000/-.
I just wanted to know the procedure of getting my caution money back.

All the required documents will be sent via email.

Kindly help me in getting my money back.

Reply received from HIT stating :
"Kindly submit the following documents :

01. Application with Postal Address & Mobile Number
02. 1st Semester Original Challan
03. Cancelled cheque or 1st page of Bank Pass Book for A/c No. & IFSC Code.

FM, HIT"

All related documents sent. But no reply received till date even after so many reminders.
Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.
