Sub: complaint against the security guards and agency.
Dear madam,
With deep sorrow and grief, i, cs amit kumar jain, willing to express my hard experience at hamidia hospital on 24th march, 2019, sunday, around 01pm, afternoon, when as a regular course, i came for the food item distribution at hamidia hospital, and the guards on duty were misbehaving like anything and the way they were treating people was very bad. When i reached, instead of requesting, they were sitting in their bolera car and misbehaving. When i asked for the procedure for permission, they informed to take permission from the office of chief medical officer, and when i reach there, they were already standing near the cmo, and again with cmo they misbehaved.
I am regular social worker and organising many health and blood donation camps apart from food and clothes distribution. I can write and make complain to you and can fight for the right and wrong, just think what they were doing with the people coming from outside for the treatment and other sufferers coming for better treatment and what experience those people were keeping about the hospital and staff after going back, and for them, even the guard from security agency also belongs to hospital.
When, i tried to made complaint, they were telling there name with over-confidence and saying me to make any complaint to anyone, so by this i am just informing about the attitude and anger they were showing. The names of powerful guards you are having were mr. Irfan or mr. Imran and mr. Shamim from uds agency.
I could raise this matter directly to the police department or media also, but instead i thought to first bring this in your knowledge.
I request you to take some strict action against the said guards, and please inform me also the action taken by your side, so that in future, no one can dare to misbehave with the public like this and also attaching one application for permission of food distribution, so that in future, no such person can misbehave.
Always ready to come in person for more minute details of the event happened on sunday, 24th march.
