I placed an order for a perfume through the official Envy Fragrances website (https://envyfragrances.com) under the section Luxury Perfume Gift Set for Men & Women. Despite completing the payment and receiving confirmation, the product has not been delivered to me within the promised timeframe.
The company’s shipping policy mentions dispatch within 5–7 working days and delivery within 3–7 business days. However, it has been well beyond this period, and I have not received my order or any proper update from the seller.
