I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had regarding my refund request for the purchase of few products made on 25th Feb 2024. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I have not received the promised refund of 698Rs for the returned product.
They have messaged to me on WhatsApp number saying that the product is out of stock and forced to purchased other product form the website instead of giving me refund. The product which i purchased is not shown as out of stock on the website.
I have contacted the customer service team on several occasions, but each time I was either given vague assurances or no concrete information about the status of my refund. This lack of communication and resolution is highly disappointing and does not reflect well on the customer service standards expected from the business.
As a consumer, I am entitled to a prompt and full refund for the returned product as per the Consumer Rights Act. I request that you help me process my refund of 698Rs with compensation immediately. Was this information helpful? |
