I booked bus ticket on 1st September using hans travels web site for journey date 10th September. On 3rd September, I got a call from Hans Travels office saying they are cancelling bus for 10th September and will refund immediately. BUT after cancellation, they have not initiated my refund and its been more than 3 days I am taking follow-up but they are not refunding back. They are not responding over calls or emails.
