Happy Deal4u — Fraud money transaction

I got a call from Happy Deal4u posing as ICICI bank credit card personnel. They themselves provided my credit card details so that they will convert my payback points amounting Rs.7000 to Happy Deal4u vouchers by which I can buy products. However, after this call Rs.7000 got deducted from my credit card account without my knowledge. I am a ICICI bank employee and when I enquired internally, no one had the slightest hint about this fraudulent organisation. This is simply cheating and stealing money in broad daylight.
