I had ordered from fb market place from a manish patel whose number is [protected] for 3 piece combo kurti set and the order was sent via shiprocket for cash on delivery of 899 rupees. I received the package after paying and a cheap quality saree was in it. Called the seller his phone is continuously switched off. Ship rocket also refuses to help. But i just came across a few other buyers on fb marketplace who were scammed by probably the same guy or a group of these guys and ship rocket probably knows because people are calling them and complaining. And the modus operandi is the same. I also want to complaint against ship rocket cos they are hand in gloves with these criminals and should be penalized for cheating many
