I booked a refil on 18/02/15 at IOC vide my booking no:693130and CM No:[protected] so many complain lodged to you vide my last Complain SRN N0:2005104 and my Consumer No:07709 near about 1month 7 days passed present delivery dates at Happy Home(Jessore Road) is 7.03.15 as per information from IOC over phone(but no action).
Please do an inspection where is lying my booking as all of my residents booked on the period have got their cylinders but not to me.
My Happy Home distributor it will delivery soon.for you reference my wife is staying at her house and asking o the delivery boys for her cylinder but they said Cash memo not generated.
Please take proper action
