Happy motor — Bad service

2016 i have taken a service plan with motor happy, they were very nice friendly on the phone when they wanted me to accept their offer and it was a male who called very polite, so i accepted their offer and never claimed ever since i've taken the policy. Of which it consist of 3 serviced.

To date 2017/06/01 i phoned and advised them that i have taken in my vehicle for service of which i was told that i could take it in anytime i was ready, so i phoned and last week was told whenever i am ready, so today i phoned and i was asked to email a copy of the disc.

I explained to the lady that answered my phone that the vehicle is at the dealer and why this copy was not requested from me before why now when i need to claim she got annoyed after arguing and dropped the phone on my ear, of which i used my own airtime to phone.
She was so rude and she gave a name pumelo or penelope but her email address is penelope so maybe her correct name is penelope, very rude unpleasant person.

When she wanted and needed the job i bet and pretty sure her stinking attitude didn't smell then. I will be taking this complaint further and i would request the copy of the call recordings.

She wasted my airtime and never bother to apologize or call me back.
