HappyDeal18 — delivery of wrong product

My order was handed over to security in my absence. He paid an amount of 1224. When i open the courier i found ghargra in place of a sari n a dress material. I tried to contact n sent a mail thrice but couldn't get reply. Very much unfair towards customers.. Waiting for reply from 5 days.
