HappyDeal18 — I am complaining about saree

Hdo[protected]this is my order number, i ordered two sarees from site happydeal18

I cancelled this order but then to the product delivered to my address and i paid​ for it..
Now i want to ask for return and refund because the product quality is not good, they have given damaged product to me, the cloth of sarees has holes, very bad and poor quality of product. Fabric is very bad cheap product. I am very dissatisfied with this product.

Please help me how can i make request for return and refund, i have paid rs 690
Now as the product is showing cancelled in my orders there is no option coming of return and refund and the happydeal18 is not replying and giving services after product delivered
