HappyDeal18 — order didn't delivered and no response of customer care on phone & mail

I have created my account and placed order on happydeal18.

I have paid for the order and received order confirmation mail too, but when i tried to track my order it shows no order under my profile.

I called customer care number provided on their website, the ring goes but no one answer the call. I also email number of times to their customer care mail id, but standard auto response mail received all the times.

I have lost my money and i didn't received product.
They are cheater... Please take action against them.
