Had bought 2 saree one recd on 04.01.2018 and other recd on 06.01.2018. Both r of very poor quality. As per the policy parcels need to be returned within 7 days and have raised the return request on 08.01.2018 but no body turned up to collect the parcel. There is no reply for the return requests and mail. Customer care no. Are invalid. Pls help in getting the money back.
