I have ordered voguish purple georgette saree
Color : purple on happydeal18.com, which was supplied by mira enterprise, surat.
Saree recieved but quality is so cheap as compared to the price, so i submit refund and return request to happydeal18 as soon as i recieved on the same day, within 7 days as per companys return rule and asked for refund.
For this i previously also complained about this.
One day i got a phone call from a person, named ashwini shriwastav, who told me that he is speaking from happydeal18 and he wants to refund the money, but he said that they got notice from consumer court that they have asked to refund by card to card payment transfer only,
He tried to ask me my cord details and wheni refused, he was asking me my aadhar no. Also for the same.
Then i thought about it and refused to give details.
I dont know why he was asking aadhar details for money transfer, i got doubt and refused, then he said i wont get refund.
Again after sometime, i got call from another person naming rahul sharma saying same thing, but i didnt speak with him anymore, i just asked him about refund, he aslo said that refund will be done by card to card payment method only. I asked them to make neft or rtgs but they refused and told me court order is by only card to card payment.
Till today nothing is done, so pls help me for getting back my refund ammount of rs. 590/- at the earliest
