I have given rs12000 seat acceptance fee in hbtu counselling and then i have withdrawan after 3rd round result july 2019. And now till 30 september they haven't refunded my fees which is 7000 rs after the deduction of 5000rs as they said. They are not replying to my mail and not recieving calls. Please help
