I had purchased two shirts through Facebook Online Marketing App of HARD LOOK (P.H. Mens Wear). A Return request was initiated on SAME DAY of receipt of both products. Return was within the time period Rules of the app. .

The details of Purchase are as under:

Amount Rs 649 paid in Cash
Status : No Pick up done till July 29, 2023,
But wrongly showing in Tracking as Pick-up done
No response on Email, WhatsApp number, No picking up of Phone

SECOND ORDER

Order date : 17 Jul 2023
Delivery Date : 21 July 2023
Return Request date : July 21 2023
Amount Rs 520 paid in Cash
Status : No Pick up done till July 29, 2023,
But wrongly showing in Tracking as Pick-up done
No response on Email, WhatsApp number, No picking up of Phone

There is no communication from the vendor. Email was sent on 26th July, No reply. Follow up was done on Contact number (Whatsapp number) +91 [protected]. No reply. Whatsapp Call made on same number, No Reply.

The Products ( 2 shirts ) are lying with me. But, the vendor FRAUDULENTLY says in Tracking of Order as PICK UP DONE.

The Total Cost (Paid in Cash) is Rs 649+Rs 520 + Rs 1169.

Request to:
1. Instruct Vendor to pick up the products and refund amount of Rs 1169
2.Pay Extra Compensation of Rs 1000 for wasting Executive Time and giving fraudulent information in Tracking details.
3.Blacklist the Vendor as Customer Services are hopelessly deficient.
4. Report the complaint of Vendor to "Meta" Administration Dept of Facebook.

An early resolution shall be highly appreciated.
