Hareesha Gh — Rental deposit not refunded

Dear sir/Madam,

I have given rental deposit of Rs 45, 000 to landlord Smt Radamma residing in # 1389, near sai baba temple Sahakara Nagar Main road Bangalore 560092 on 10.06.2013 and for single bed room house and i have vacated the house on 17th Oct 2015
i have vacated property by serving the due notice and house was handed over with painting.

now landlord has not returned deposit amount of Rs 45000.

please look into and help me out in getting back above amount.
