I have given my Suzuki Access VEHICLE NO-MH20 BS 6987 Model No.ACCESS-125 INVOICE NO-3417 for servicing in Hari Om Suzuki, Aurangabad and they kept my bike for 15 days for servicing and when they handover me then there self start of my bike was not working, when complained about it they told battery was discharged and it will be ok after running the bike but after days days problem remain the same and when i checked the battery i was totally shocked when i found my new Excide Care Battery was replaced by some old battery which is not working.When i complained their staff they totally refuse to accept that.
Please help me through this forum to fight against the fraud practice running by Hari Om Suzuki, Aurangabad Maharashtra. Was this information helpful? |
