I hired Hari Parshath Photography for a special occasion, but I am extremely dissatisfied with their service. While the photographer did provide an album and two framed photos (which I personally arranged and paid for separately due to additional costs), the video, which was part of the agreed service, has not been delivered to me.
On November 26, I received an assurance via text from the photographer stating that the video would be delivered. Despite this, I have not received any updates or responses regarding its status. Furthermore, the photographer’s behavior has been unprofessional, with rude responses and a lack of communication or resolution to my inquiries.
As a client, I expected timely delivery and respectful treatment, which has not been the case. This has caused immense frustration and disappointment. I also run a business, and I would never treat my clients in this manner.
I request immediate resolution of this issue, including the delivery of the promised video and an explanation for this delay. Please help address this issue at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
