I Tried to withdraw an amount of Rs.10000 from KVB ATM the amount was debited but cash was not delivered from ATM.so i was complained in my Branch and they told me to give complaint letter.On 23/01/2017 I wrote a letter to my branch but they are not responding not even now.So I request you to refund my amount of Rs.10000 as soon as possible.
