We are so long customer of haripreetha don't spoil there name I think all mistake is yours that's why you use these kind of silly way mr.dona plate to spoil haripreetha name if you have any dought regarding this company contact Delhi VRL naraina branch they book there machine and Delhi Kirti Nagar VRL branch they received finishing product . Don't go this kind of complaint there motive only spoil company name.
after read all your complaint and your nonsense Mr. Dona plate what ever your name is your not a kid which they didn't give details and you blindly invested come on first of all your the big cheater your the big frood why you hide your name . company people tell you in comment if you have any issue you can contact them directly I don't know why you use this kind of way if you have personally problem with company then you need to make direct communication with this company they give there address at least contact them I my experience I meet them directly all staff are very friendly to me before purchasing machine and after purchasing machine also last one year I am running my machine I don't have any issue when ever I got problem in my machine they give me response I am all so face so many problem after purchase machine like transport etc...some times but when ever I call them they give good response, this covid situation they give work to all of as and you people spoil there name, my 2 to 3 friend buy machine in cheap rate in other company from Delhi after sell machine they didn't pick there calls infect they didn't have there proper address also according to this type company haripreetha is 200% much better according other company . please friend if you have any kind of issue or problem contact them directly they give response... don't go this kind people complaint and comments there motive they do not make business and they don't want to make other there business also .. after read this kind of complaint you can go meet them directly what your question or query's you may ask them

As you mentioned above that our company is cheater, One day executive was absent and not responded your call, you have sent like this mail and for this your father apologies us and said by mistakenly sent such mail and ask to ignore.
In the Month of September’2020 you have purchased machine and October’2020 month end you have sent your finished goods and for which payment also done within a week.
In the Month December ‘2020 you have given order of 400kg Raw material, same month it was dispatched and January’2021 again you have given order of 400Kg Raw material and same month again we have sent ( both the Raw material consignments was taken delivery from the Transport service).
In the month March ‘2021& April’2021, you father said Dona Die set have issues and you have sent us the fault one for replacement, which was sent by us.
Moreover your father is in contact with our Customer support team and you are just supporting and the anonymous mails and if that Dona plates persons really have genuine concern then he would replied our mails and would have shared his details till date no reply on our mails, how come we can trust he is our company customer only or may be any competitor company doing like this to spoil our goodwill.
