[Resolved]  Harksh Technologies Pvt Ltd. — Fake company marked as fake by all colleges

2 directors are there, Harpreet Khattar and Kshitij Adhlakha. By manipulating their name they renamed secugenius to Harksh Technologies. I don't know what's right ot wrong. Whatever you are deciding, Do search before you are joining and if company is visitng to your college campus for workshop and seminars.

I am not sure about anything, I just heard that they charge 1000/- INR for 2 days workshop, they never got crowd more than 30-32 students, but still these many students is also a big impact. They charge 1000/- but give knowledge of hardly 2 rupees. Because whatever topics and tutorials they are showing, you easily can get on YouTube, Hackforum.net or by simply searching on google. Just go to google and search about Hacking Tutorials, you would get thousands of tutorials. Then why students should pay 1000/- ??
Just for wasting their time. I suggest you all if you are planning to attend the workshop, instead, learn freely from google and don't go into Harksh or Secugenius workshops.
If they are charging 100 rupees, that is fine, at least they have a company and to run a company, money is required, I agree on this point. So they could charge the genuine money. 50 rupess or 100 rupees are fine, even a poor student can somehow manage to give this money. But 1000/- is not easy, Khattar and Adlakhu should think about this.

I have searched about this company a lot today and came to know about so many things and with statistics and feedback I am writing this all.

I have seen so many companies and you can read in today's business news that India has more 800 start-ups companies every year. Some of them are simply brilliant. Harksh Technologies (Secugenius Security Solution) is in market from last 4-5 years. Now we cannot consider it as a startup at all.The day they started the company(even I don't like to call it company, it's a educational institute), to till now, it is same. No growth of the company. Even it is going down and down everyday. I have seen some companies, within 2-3 years they have big names, billion dollars turnover and very good market image. May be they think like that and theirs business minds are simply brilliant not like Harksh Technologies (Secugenius Security Solution). Harksh Technologies (Secugenius Security Solution) is only lacking due to the bad attitude, behavior and show off they both directors have. They think only to earn in thousand and never think like a business man.

I am working for Cucumbertown. Cucumbertown is a company started in 2013 is in top 10 sucessful startups of India. If we are comparing it with Harksh Technologies (Secugenius), Cucumbertown has more than $30 billion USD turnover in just 2 years with employees more than 1000. They provided very good hospitality, when I was about to join, They provided air tickets from Delhi to Banglore. I joined a year back and all facility is provided by them. They are providing me full accomodation, house, food, and all other things. 5 working days and at the last day of the month, exact salary will be tansferred to my bank account by them. Proper strategy they are following and if we are talking about nature and attitude. All people including Director, CEO and other board of directors, they are very down to the earth and very genuine people. Talking very nicely, simple living high thingking and very very good company enviornment. Simply great to work with these kind of companies. Harksh Technologies (Secugenius) should think like this and should learn from these startups. They should try to do the same and should think in the same way. And Cucumbertown is provding me package of 11 lac. It's much more than the yearly turn over of Harksh Technologies (Secugenius). Harpreet Khattu and Kshitij Adhlkahu's yearly package is 96000/- INR (8000/- per month). This I know because of my long research about company and by talking with their X company members. While talking and searching I came to know that they were provding 60, 000 annual package (5000/- INR monthly) to one of their great desinger employee. I don't know whether they are running a company or vegitable shop.

Another point, Sometime they agree to give 2 days workshops to even 3-4 students. Accidently if they ae getting 30 students in workshops, it comes to 30, 000/-. But still they never think about employees and trainers and they will give hardly 2000 or 2500 to the trainers who were giving workshops.

Overall conslusion is, completelty wrong strategy they are following.
One more interesting thing I came to know about Harksh Technologies (Secugenius) is their trainers. Luckily they were getting very very good trainers, I will not mention anyone's name here. These people have very good name in cyber security field, I agree on this, because I searched about these trainers profiles and they have very good fame in industry and doing great jobs. If they were getting these much brilliant trainers and employees, then probably they did the thing same as "cutting the branch on which they are sitting". Instead of letting go these intelligent people, Harksh Technologies (Secugenius) should make them their power and by taking their help they could do sucess as much as they want. They should make it like, these people must be known as the name of Harksh Technologies (Secugenius) nowadays, instead don't know what they did, they made these people to go away. Individually these people are strongs, If they could be with Harksh Technologies (Secugenius), might Harksh Technologies (Secugenius) known as Indian Microsoft. But they did totally opposite. Few bad trainers were also their who knows nothing but still was hired by Harksh Technologies (Secugenius), like Parul Khana. He looks like dalla, don't know even how to run a single command or how to start simple linux operating system, but Harksh Technologies (Secugenius) made his status like international trainer. Again, I am not saying this, I came to know all this during my research.

one of the biggest fraud and fake company. Oh! sorry, it's an institution, not a company.
A small company in which 4-5 employees are working. Most of them left the job because of many reasons.
salary always not get in time. always ask for a salary every month.
they just named our company due to social media and fools innocent students to take admissions in his fake institution.

work culture and the environment is too bad, no extra services except water, no management, no staff, nothing is systematic.
they know one thing only that how to fool students.

So, I request you to all that please don't join this fake institution or company.

bro... i think a foolish students choose this institute Harksh Technologies, Web Designing in Ludhiana, Web Development or Seculabs, 6 weeks / 6 months industrial training in ludhiana ...a non technical staff...teach students how to earn money in technical market.

I don't know why I am even posting this but I just wish to give you guys a fair chance to do the right thing.

If you're a genuine victim why do you need to hide your name and commit a backstab like this. Go for a legal suite against me or directly call me or come to me. Or if you're a spammers then definitely get ready to know the feel of hurt.

What I know is I have waived off fees of atleast 30% of my students who could not afford it. Anyone can come and check the records. And proudly saying they all are working at even a better pace and scale then me. There was an employee named Simranjeet who came to me and said sir I was not paid by your earlier partner during my employment. That time I had huge losses and I paid him his salary in 3 instalments of 6000 each. Now i think he's working in HCL. I'm definitely not saying this to impress anybody but just to show you guys what humanity is.

See I don't know what made you write against me. I started a venture seeded just like my child and I don't know on what ground you guys are trying to curb it. I just saw your comments, before filing a legal suite I am giving you a fair chance to remove the comment and talk to me once [protected].
