There are certain points below which explain the lacunae in honda car service station policies
1. They do not allow car owners to have a close look at their cars being serviced. Many times the workmen spill mobil oil as they do not even have proper shop floor funnel. The workmen also do not follow car owner's instructions pertaining to rotation of tyres as per their liking. If they cant allow car owners /customers inside service station then at the least customers must be provided with a video recording of their cars being serviced.
2. Honda car service stations plainly refuse minor repair works like removing dust / dirt from door locks in case of jammed door locks and instead lobby hard to sell new car lock system. Why should a customer be pressed to shell out 11000 rupees instead of 250 only??
3. Honda car service stations does not provide simple items like oil filter on demand. Even indian courts have ordered oe makers to provide retail services but honda service stations defy court orders to fleece their customers. Was this information helpful? |
