We bought one diwan from harsheetha decors at chennai trade center on 22-july-2019. Paid 5000 rupees as advance. Still they didn't deliver the product. And they are not responding my calls. I gave complaint at ctc also but till now i didn't get any help. Please someone help me to solve this issue. First few weeks they told some stories like instead of delivering the item to us they delivered another person who ordered same, then after we are preparing new item for you now not at all answering the calls and messages.
