I got my Libero serviced twice in the past few months at your above mentioned dealer/ service station in Baroda/ Vadodara Gujarat.
Firstly the estimate given is lesser than the actual amount invoiced and they do not even provide you with the old worn-out or broken parts that may have been replaced (what the dealer claims) to look convincing.
Secondly, on both instances a fair amount of petrol had been stolen from the bike Welch amounts to around Rs. 400.
Also last year I went and bought a speedo cable whose invoice was not issued to me even upon asking.
I would like YMPL investigate threse malpractices and punish these dealers who bring disrepute to the company. Also I should be compensated either by reimbursing the value of good stolen or by providing me a few free services.
I would like to see how mooch the company does to satisfy their customers?
Do they really value their feedback and take actions!!???
