Harvices — Apple Developer Account Renewal Issue

I am unable to renew my apple developer account through UPI Mandate which is only one supported mode of payment in India.
After shuffling between developer support team & iTune support team multiple times, finally they agreed that there is an issue from their end and currently they are not accepting any mode of payment.

I am unsure how long it will take to resolve. I have my apps live on App Store and my business will hamper due to same.

I am looking for a solution or account validity till then.
